🔁 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your plants—but we also know live goods are delicate. That’s why we offer a clear, fair return and refund policy built for real aquarium hobbyists.

Communication Window: Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for any resolution.

Live Arrival Guarantee: If your plants arrive dead or severely damaged, contact us within 12 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the packaging and plants.

Refunds or Replacements: We’ll offer a refund or replacement at our discretion based on the photos provided and the condition of the shipment, among other considerations.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. All live plants, custom bundles, and discounted items are final sale.

Weather-Related Issues: If your order was shipped during extreme weather against our recommendation, we may not be able to honor the guarantee. Please be aware of the current, and upcoming weather in your area when ordering.
